Terms of Use
Last updated on 14 September 2026
EasyZPL turns ZPL files into print-ready PDF or PNG. It is free for up to 50 labels at a time; above that you need an account. What you upload stays yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
What the service does
You send a ZPL file, we draw each label, and you get back a PDF with one label per page, at the size and density you choose.
Rendering uses Zebrash, an open-source ZPL interpreter. We aim for fidelity to what a Zebra printer would produce, and every version is compared against reference images so it does not regress. Even so, check the result before printing in volume.
Usage limits
Without an account, each conversion takes up to 50 labels. There is also a limit on how much any one person can convert per minute, so that nobody consumes the whole service. If you hit it, wait a minute and try again.
These limits may change as the service grows. Any change that reduces what is already offered will be announced before it takes effect.
What you should not do
Do not use EasyZPL to convert content you do not have the right to use, to work around the limits by automated means, or to overload the service deliberately.
Accounts used that way may be suspended. Where a subscription is active, the amount covering the unused period is refunded.
Accounts and payment
Accounts are not live yet. When they are, the paid plan starts with three free months and then costs R$ 9.99 per month, cancellable at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term.
Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for.
Your content is yours
The file you upload and the PDF you receive are yours. We claim no rights over them and we do not store them. See the privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and faithful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from error.
We are not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including a label printed wrongly. Checking before you print is on you.
Governing law and contact
EasyZPL is operated from Brazil and these terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions, requests and complaints go to support@easyzpl.com.
